The Crysis series has always looked incredible. Like it was born on a console from the future and brought back in time for us to enjoy. Crysis 3 is looking incredible, and the video below definitely shows that off. When things as normal and mundane as grass look better than most games in general you can’t help but get excited. Check out “The Fields” gameplay below.
Crysis 3 is looking at a February 2013 release on the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360.
E.A. and Crytek recently announced that if you pre-order Crysis 3, you will receive a free digital download for the original Crysis either for the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. But that’s not all! Upon pre-ordering the game you will also get the Crysis 3 Hunter Edition. What that means for you is the Predator bow and the Hunter Nanosuit to use in multiplayer right off the bat. So make sure you get your pre-order in before the game releases in February of 2013.
If you know anything about Crysis, you know upon the originals release it was a game changer. It became the benchmark for high quality games. Oh you think you have a good PC? Well, can it play Crysis? Well from the looks of it I’m starting to think Crysis 3 is too good looking for our consoles. Head past the break for some screenshots and the E3 trailer. I hope your eyes don’t get diabetes from how sweet the trailer is.
E.A. might have been named the worst company in America, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have some kick ass games out. Crysis 3 was announced and it looks INFREAKINGCREDIBLE. Mass Effect 3, and Battlefield 3 both with awesome campaigns and multiplayers. If you check out the video past the break E.A. updates you on the newly announced Crysis 3, new Battlefield 3 DLC, and Mass Effect 3‘s multiplayer weekend. If you haven’t seen the debut trailer for Crysis 3, let me just say, it looks amazing. That and Battlefield 3 are neck and neck for the 2 best looking games out there.
I loved me some Crysis 2, and while the original is still in my massive backlog of games I still need to play, it might have to wait a little longer so I can stealthily kick some more unsuspecting Ceph butt when Crysis 3 releases early next year. The game’s still about a year out and the praise is already being heaped on top of it with some sites going so far as to say it’s the “The best-looking game we’ve ever seen.” That’s an impressive feat for a title that’s still about a year out. Head past the break for the alien-spanking new trailer, complete with, wait for it… gameplay footage. READ MORE
We knew it was coming, but things are so much better when they’re official. Now, Crysis 3 is official, and judging from the handful of screenshots, box art, and snippets of info EA’s leaked out, the game sounds like more Crysis. That’s definitely a good thing. Usually a game is announced via a debut trailer, or something along those lines, but this time around EA’s taken the less trodden path by tossing out a few screenshots, a look at the game’s box art, and some pre-order incentives. The game isn’t due out for a year, but if you really want to make sure you get your copy, you can pre-order yours right now. Head past the break for more info on the game’s setting, and what you’ll get if you pre-order it. READ MORE
Earlier today a product banner for Crysis 3 appeared on EA’s digital store Origin, before it was promptly taken down. Thanks to NeoGAF and the Print Screen key, the banner is still very much alive on this vast and knowledgeable bundle of tubes we call the Internet. EA then commented on the accidental reveal, saying “The best kept secret in shooters just can’t be contained. Stay tuned for more information on April 16.” We don’t have any information yet, but it sounds like we won’t have to wait long to hear about the sequel to a pretty fantastic shooter. READ MORE
