If you had any doubts (and I really don’t know why you would) about the Black Ops Rezurrection zombie maps, this behind the scenes video will set those worries to rest. The new Moon level looks incredible. Aside from the fact that it looks like a place I wouldn’t mind living for a few years, it’s also going to have Moon like physics to spice and make the game more difficult. Rain is an old Mortal Kombat character that not many of you would remember. I know I didn’t. He was an unplayable “joke” character in Mortal Kombat 3, and it would seem a lot of fans searched for him but to no avail. He would wear purple and was seemingly named after Prince’s Purple Rain. It would also be later found out he is a prince. Redonkulous.

However, Rain, though he started out as a joke, actually made an appearance in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Moving forward amicably, Rain will be downloadable on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 on July 19th. READ MORE

Ok Fallout DLC junkies, less than 2 short weeks away the Old World Blues DLC will be coming out on July 19th for the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360. In Old World Blues you unwillingly become part of a lab experiment, and in turn find out how a bunch of the wastes mutated monsters came to be.

The previous Call Of Duty: Black Ops zombie trailers have been a little bit on the darker side. But the trailer below is incredibly lighthearted, and you know what? I’m ok with that. Unfortunately there are no incredible cameos by celebrities, but that’s alright. The Annihilation Map Pack comes out tomorrow only for the Xbox 360 (PC, and PS3 at a later date). The pack will include Hangar 18 (Possibly named after the Megadeth song?), Silo, Hazard, Drive-in, and zombie map (trailer below) Shangri-La’s jungle.

Out now for the PC, and Xbox 360 is the 2nd map pack for Crysis 2 titled, Decimation. It will be released for the Playstation 3 on June 28th. The pack will include 5 new maps and 2 new weapons. I do wish more games would include new weapons with DLC, so bravo Crysis! The pack will include the maps: 5th Avenue, Chasm, Plaza, Prism, and the Apartments. The 2 new weapons include smoke grenades and the FY71 Assault Rifle. You can check all those out in the trailer below.

It’s been a little over 4 months since the 1st Fallout New Vegas DLC Dead Money came out. Well your DLC wait is coming to an end. Today Bethesda Softworks announced 3 new DLC packs coming out for Fallout New Vegas Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, and Lonesome Road.

Honest Hearts will be the 1st released on May 17th for the Xbox 360, and May 18th for the PC. I few years back my cousin Killrobot and I went on a super long road trip and we went to Zion Nation Park in Utah. Well, in this 1st DLC, that is exactly where you will be going. WHile passing through your caravan is attacked by some tribal raiders. As you try to escape you get caught up in the middle of 2 tribes fighting for Zion. The Call Of Duty: Black Ops, First Strike Map Pack was downloaded over 1.4 million times in 24 hours for its release on the Xbox 360. The 2nd map pack Escalation was recently announced to come out May 3rd exclusively (as of right now) for the Xbox 360.

The Halo games have probably taken up more of my time than any other franchise. So naturally I’m constantly giddy and excited waiting for the next map pack to release. Next up in the Defiant Map Pack. This pack will include 3 new Multiplayer maps, Condemned, Highlands, and Unearthed; as well as a new Firefight Map. Below is an almost 11 minute video talking to the devs from 343 Industries and Certain Affinity who are die hard Halo fans working together to create the maps.

The Defiant Map Pack will be released March 15th for 800 Microsoft End Of The World Bucks, and there will be new achievements worth 150 total gamerscore. READ MORE

If there is anything Bungie is good at, it’s making Halo games and releasing tons and tons of extra multiplayer maps to ensure that I don’t fucking sleep at night. Well TJ, time to buckle down and prepare for March, because that’s when Bungie will be releasing the Defiant Map Pack.

You’ll be able to pick up the Defiant Pack for 800 Microsoft Homeless Children sometime in March. The pack will also add another 150 gamerscore points/achievements. The new Defiant Maps will not only work for the online multiplayer, but Firefight mode as well. Screens and map info past the break.

You Playstation 3 gamers have definitely had to wait long enough. But, since you were so patient you only have to wait until Match 3rd to get the First Strike map pack for Call Of Duty: Black Ops.
