Really Internet? Now There’s A Teletubbies Vs. Drowning Pool Mashup

Audio mashup maestro Isosine has put together another mashup that shouldn’t work in the slightest and yet does (for example, Taylor Swift vs. Korn). Up now is the music from the Teletubbies with the vocals from Drowning Pool‘s smash hit “Bodies”. There is a free download link in the YouTube description but it’s not working for me. Once it’s up and running I’ll update with the download link (y’know, in case you want this song for your morning jog or something). Check out the video below. READ MORE

Hatebreed Release New Song “Put It To The Torch”

Hardcore/metal band Hatebreed has released a lyric video for “Put It To The Torch”, a new song from their upcoming album The Divinity Of Purpose, which comes out Jan. 29th via Razor & Tie Records. You can check out the song below.

I’ll fully admit that I never really got into this band. However, I did get to hang out with them during the MTV Headbangers Ball 2 Tour, which also had Damageplan, Drowning Pool, and some others that I can’t remember off the top of my head (hey, it was about nine years ago). They seemed like cool guys, so best of luck to ‘em! READ MORE

Drowning Pool Release Awful Video For ‘Let The Sin Begin’

So you’ve read the headline and are asking yourself, “Why, if this video is so terrible, would I want to watch it?”. Because now you’re curious. It’s that simple. I’ve put the bug in you and you’ll be getting irritated and itching to watch the new Drowning Pool video for Let The Sin Begin just so you can see for yourself how bad it really is. Want a teaser? Boring storyline, generic hot girls, comic book style panels that are shifting too often to be comprehensible. That good enough for you?

If you still want to watch it, enjoy the mind numbing video after the jump.

Bloody Disgusting Rock On The Range Report #1: Being At ROTR 2010

MG 4530web Bloody Disgusting Rock On The Range Report #1: Being At ROTR 2010
This past weekend, I was in Columbus, Ohio for the 2010 Rock on the Range Festival which had bands like Godsmack, Three Days Grace, Rob Zombie, Limp Bizkit and more performing.  I spent most of my time with my photographer/videoperson Chrystal in the media tent, chatting with musicians like CJ from Drowning Pool, grabbing a minute with Chino from Deftones as well as all the guys from Taproot. I got interviews with Paul Phillips from Puddle of Mudd, ST1TCH from Mushroomhead and Wes Borland from Limp Bizkit, so check back each day for a new video interview exclusively here on Bloody-Disgusting.
With over 30,000 people at this years Rock on the Range (the most attended year since the festivals inception), the two-day festival was overall great success. The weather on Saturday was a mix of rain and sunshine, making the Jagermeister and the Kicker stage fields muddy and filthy, something the audience took full advantage of. Day one had Godsmack and Three Days Grace as the headliners with bands like Deftones and Drowning Pool drawing huge numbers during the three-stage exchanges. Killswitch Engage also drew an enormous crowd with people lining the stairs and rails of the stadium to watch the band.
