Bloody-Disgusting recently had the pleasure of talking with frontman Jacob Bunton about his latest endeavor as the singer for Steven Adler’s (Guns ‘N’ Roses) new band Adler, and the band’s upcoming debut album. Metallica Covers Deep Purple’s “When A Blind Man Cries”

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Deep Purple’s landmark album Machine Head, several high-profile artists are submitting their versions of the tracks for Re-Machined – A Tribute To Deep Purple’s Machine Head, which will be coming out Sept. 25th via Eagle Records. Artists who have submitted a cover include Carlos Santana, Chickenfoot, The Flaming Lips, Metallica, and more.

Metallica covered “When A Blind Man Cries”, which was recorded during the Machine Head sessions but eventually released on a B-side with “Never Before”. You can hear their cover below as well as see the full track list. READ MORE
