Showing that they have one of the biggest senses of humor in the industry yet again, the t-shirt aficionados over at Fright-Rags have just announced the release of two ‘parody’ tees based upon two of the genres’ most beloved classics – “A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET” and “THE LOST BOYS”. For those of you horror fans that are of the more ‘lighthearted’ disposition, you will definitely want to check these out, because chances are this will be the only time you will ever see the figure of Freddy Krueger covered in kittens. Normally when I post something here I use a good bit of tongue-in-cheek, but there are places and times to be serious as well. I also try to sprinkle in some more ‘art’ related postings every now and again, but for the most part we keep ourselves focused on the comic medium that we all know and love. However, today something ran across my inbox that I knew I had to share with everyone. As someone who has lost people in his life to breast cancer I feel as though everyone will appreciate this as it shows the kinder side of horror. Today the good people over at Fright-Rags.com revealed their design entitled “WE BELONG ALIVE”, a t-shirt designed specifically to help raise money to help a family battling to stay afloat as wife and mother of two small boys, Leisha, battles an aggressive form of breast cancer. Her husband lost his job last year, and as a result the family is fighting tooth and nail to keep going and pay Leisha’s medical bills. That’s where Ben Scrivens, Kristy Jett, and the rest of the people at Fright-Rags come in. 100% of all proceeds raised from the shirt will go directly to Leisha and her family. Hopefully everyone had a good weekend, and if you are reading this I can only assume that you didn’t die in some horrible freak Beer-Pong accident. Last week we brought you the first half of our 2 part interview with renowned horror illustrator Jeff Zornow. In that interview we discussed Jeff’s career up until this point, and we even touched on some of his upcoming projects. That was kind of mean for us to tease you like that, so in order to rectify that we give you the second half of our interview that delivers all the information we could possible give you without being sued. Welcome back from the long weekend everyone! I do hope that all of you spent it eating plenty of BBQ’d animal parts (Or human, for those of you who are of the cannibalistic taste), drinking plenty of adult beverages, and blowing up all sorts of random things. (The neighbor’s cat does count) Whatever the case, it is now Monday, and so that means it is about time we all get back to the old grind. However, before we jump into all of that we have a very, very special treat for you. I know we do a lot of coverage on books, comics, literature, and all the other great things going on in horror on the written page, but what about the artwork? Sure, we talk about it here and there, and I will gladly give credit where credit is due when it comes to the amazing artists who lend the talents to the stories that we all know and love…but somehow it doesn’t feel like enough. I mean, we are “GRAPHIC” Content after all aren’t we? That is why I am proud to announce the brand new weekly column, “KILLER-GRAPHICS” where we will be featuring a different heavy hitter in the world of horror art each week whether that be in the medium of comics, canvas, t-shirts, WHATEVER! How do concepts become finished products, how do artists and writers work together to bring fans one vision, and more over, how do they come up with these insane ideas in the first place? The answers to all these questions (and some typical “GRAPHIC CONTENT” banter) and more will be brought to you each week in “KILLER-GRAPHICS”!

So to kick off this awesome new weekly we started at the top of the game in horror clothing with “FRIGHT-RAGS” mastermind and designer Ben Scrivens!
