Kataklysm Release Video For ‘Push The Venom’

Iconic Montreal based extreme metallers KATAKLYSM have made the video clip for the song “Push The Venom” available for viewing. The track comes off their new album Heaven’s Venom, which will be released on August 13th in Europe and August 24th in North America. The follow-up to 2008’s Prevail, was recorded by KATAKLYSM guitarist J-F Dagenais (Malevolent Creation, Misery Index) and was mixed by Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Mnemic, Dark Tranquillity).

Commented vocalist Maurizio Iacono: “After the crazy videos we did with EX DEO it was only natural for us to upgrade the KATAKLYSM visuals as well. We decided to try to recreate the underworld fantasy atmosphere depicted in the artwork with some great visual effects. The song is about surviving the judgment that others cast upon you, and that which is important and feels right to you. Spread your venom and not the lies of your

enemies! Ivan did another fantastic job and we are super happy with it

Heaven’s Venom will be released on August 13th in Europe and August 24th in North America. “It wasn’t a hard decision for us to choose who will do the next KATAKLYSM video. As some of you know we’ve released some of the craziest videos lately with our other band Ex Deo. So we decided to give KATAKLYSM a visual masterpiece as well and hire Ivan Colic once again to direct and produce the new clip for the song ‘Push The Venom’. It’s a hard hitting track with lots of anger and power and I’m positive Ivan will give it justice.
