Preview: Gary Reed Brings Zombies Back In ‘Deadworld: War of the Dead’ #1

IDW is back with yet another zombie book, but this is special. Back in 1987, when I was still roasting in my mother’s womb, Stuart Kerr and Ralph Griffith created “Deadworld”, which would become an extremely influential post-apocalyptic zombie tale that paved the way for our current zombie-obsessed culture. Somewhere in the fuss of the late 80s, the rights to the book were taken over by Gary Reed who proceeded to write the series from issue #12 until it came to an end with issue #26. Now, Gary Reed is back to tell a brand new “Deadworld” story titled “War Of The Dead”. Check it after the jump. READ MORE
