A man makes barbed wire as a four-armed Witch from Left 4 Dead climbs out of a puddle of blood and a man with too much glass in his face stands there looking all creepy. That’s what you can expect from this debut trailer for The Evil Within — previously known as project Zwei.
“We’re incredibly proud to announce The Evil Within,” said Mikami. “My team and I are committed to creating an exciting new franchise, providing fans the perfect blend of horror and action.” Watch its intensely creepy live-action debut trailer after the jump. READ MORE
Thanks to Lonnie for the heads up on this. Coming May 1st as a standalone downloadable game is Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. From the video it seems it doesn’t actually have anything to do with Far Cry 3, though there could be some nods later in the game. The guys over at IGN got a chance to check out the first 15 minutes of the game, and god damn does it look like fun. The game gives off a hardcore 80′s action movie vibe, and it’s hilarious and knows it. Right off the bat from the music, to achievements to the dialogue, it starts referencing some of classics from that magical era. Check out the video past the break. Trust me it’s worth watching through to the end.
In an interview with IGN, PlayStation’s Director of Product Planning and Platform Software Innovation Don Mesa confirmed that Telltale’s episodic take on The Walking Dead will be coming to the PlayStation Vita sometime this year. No word on whether it will be released episodically or all at once — we’ll update as soon as we find out.
If you missed our reviews of The Walking Dead, you can start with episode one here. READ MORE
It seems nowadays with the intarwebz and all that jazz that it’s a lot easier to spoil and leak game info. And it spreads like wildfire before anyone can put a stop to it. Well info about the story and some artwork about Bungie’s newest game Destiny was leaked to IGN by one of their readers. Bungie is hoping the Destiny universe and lore will become as familiar to gamers as Star Wars has. It definitely looks like they are aiming to surpass Halo’s popularity and leave it in the rear view. Head past the break for some info on the story.
An on going battle for Juliet Starling supremacy has been going on since late January and has finally come to an end. A glorious end. The contestant we’ve been pulling for, Jessica Nigri is the winner! Which means she will be the face for the game in the near future, so get used to it! Not that it will be a hard thing to get used to.
Check out Jessica’s Facebook page HERE, and stay tuned for more Lollipop Chainsaw. Congrats Jessica! READ MORE
If you are like me, you love dual joysticks. It was pretty stupid foolish of Nintendo to release the 3DS with only 1 stick, but they have almost always been a 1 stick kind of company. Also, playing a game like Resident Evil Revelations on the 3DS can be quite the challenge. But now, there is the 3DS Circle Pad Pro you can get exclusively from Gamestop. The Pro only costs 20 dollars, so it’s not a major hit to your wallet, and can really help your gaming situation.
I know if I ever end up getting a 3DS, this will be purchased right along side it. I will also be mailing Nintendo a punch in the mouth for not already having dial sticks on it. READ MORE

RIGHT!? Sooooo good! Well worth the several year wait. Game devs Techland have been at work on Dead Island for years now, so hopefully since we got that amazing preview they will be releasing some more vids and screens soon. According to the Wiki, the game will be focused on melee and you can use almost anything as a weapon. It’s also said to have 4 player drop in and out at will co-op, Left 4 Dead style. Which is amazing. The game is being developed for the PC, Playstation 3, and Xbox 360, no release date yet. READ MORE
