The game is unlike any other Silent Hill game as you will be playing in 1st person, and all you will have to navigate the darkness like usual is your flashlight. But the flashlight will slowly die throughout the game making it a bit harder to navigate the darkness. You’ll be in the hospital, and a subway, among other areas. SIlent Hill: The Escape uses the iPhones tilt function, and you must tap the screen to reload the 5 shot revolver to fend off the monsters in a search of an escape from this nightmarish hell. Hardcore Silent Hill fans and iPhone nerds can get pretty excited over the fact that Konami is exclusively making a few games for the iPhone. Frogger, and Metal Gear Solid are a couple, and the 3rd, Silent Hill: The Escape. All 3 will be coming out early 2009 and will definitely be taking advantage of the iPhones touch screen capabilities. Little is known so far about the game aside from the fact that it will be in 1st person, and that these 3 games are just the 1st so far Konami is making for the iPhone.
