Lamb Of God Featured In New True Blood Season 5 Promo

Lamb Of God Featured In New True Blood Season 5 Promo,

As you’ve probably seen by now, the season five promo teaser for HBO’s True Blood is out. It promises that, “In Bon Temps, nothing stays buried forever.” While there is speculation as to whether or not this refers to Russell Edgington, the 2900-year old former vampire king of Mississippi, the music in this teaser actually provides a rather large hint. The song is called King Me and it’s the last track on Lamb of God‘s newest album Resolution (review). Using a song that harkens to royalty only adds fuel to the rumor fire regarding Russell. Lamb of God has released the third and final teaser for their upcoming album Resolution, which comes out Jan. 24th (THIS DAY MUST COME SOONER!). The teaser features music from King Me, the final track on the album. The song features a full orchestra as well as opera singer Amanda Munton, which all adds up for one hell of an epic sounding song. I also love that the engineers and producers decided to leave in Randy Blythe’s raspy breaths in between his screams of “King me is killing me!” Definitely a nice touch that adds some rawness to the end result. Now all we gotta do is vote that guy into office.
