Tommy Lee Checks Out Museum Of Sex In NYC

Having began his career in rock & roll at the ripe old age of 17, Methods of Mayhem mainman Tommy Lee has basically seen and done it all. But he’s never been to New York City’s famed Museum of Sex — until now. While the rock star was in town promoting the release of his long-awaited sophomore album for Methods, A Public Disservice Announcement, we took Lee on a tour to remember.
Boasting an eclectic mix of rock, metal and dance on the brand new album, with tracks like “All I Wanna Do” — which Tommy explains is, “Just nasty for the sake of being fun. You’ve got to have a good sex song on the record. If you don’t you kind of suck right?” — we thought it nothing short of appropriate. So with the museum’s curator Sarah Jacobs leading us through each wondrous exhibit, check out the video after the jump to watch as Tommy gets an impromptu sex education.

Tommy commented via twitter, “What a spot!! when in NYC ya’ll must visit!! thanks guys…..even I learned a few thangs!”

New Methods of Mayhem Album Announced: Features Collaborations From Around The World

Tommy Lee has rocked every continent multiple times, sold millions of records with Motley Crue and on his own, done everything a musician dreams of doing, except he’s never made a record with the entire world.  The new Methods Of Mayhem album, now entitled A Public Disservice Annoucement, is set for release on September 21st and features Tommy Lee collaborating with the world.  Lee commented, “When I founded Methods in 1999, the whole purpose of the band was to be all over the place.  In keeping with that, this Methods isn’t anything like the last one. There’s no hip hop and there’s no roster of guest stars. This time, it’s me, my band, and the world.”  Please see below for the track listing for A Public Disservice Annoucement.
