[BD Review] The Boobs, Blood, And Bush Of ‘Satan’s Slave’

Reviewed by Mike Ferraro

After a pretty fantastic 70s opening credit sequence, Satan’s Slave (aka Evil Heritage) jumps right into a satanic ritual involving a naked chick and some masked dudes. Clearly there is something evil afoot, as the girl’s eyes turn red, the men running the show wear masks that look like Star Wars creatures. The film then continues down a long, dark, path into the weird and culty, filled to the brim with enough boobs, blood, and 70′s bush to keep even the loneliest of souls happy. READ MORE

Twisted Music Video Of The Week Vol. 15

If you are anything like me, the above video probably tugs at your heart strings in who knows how many ways. Appearing on the VHS of Tim Burton’s Batman, the commercial was something I never skipped over, regardless of the fact that I’d seen it countless times. So, you might be asking what does this have to do with the Twisted Video Of The Week? Well, the answer lies in a single word: Prince. Below, you can watch Prince rock out Partyman, which has the artist dressed up like Joker but with makeup that almost represents Two Face. It’s a total throwback to one of my absolute favorite childhood movies.

When Durando is found dead shortly afterward, the other performers begin to take alarm, as a mysterious killer is obviously loose in their midst. Many suspect Monica herself of the killings, especially Matilda (Diana Dors), who has set her sights on Monica’s new lover. At this point, Monica’s unruly, sixteen-year-old daughter Angela (Judy Geeson), is expelled from school for being incorrigible and Monica is forced to take her into the circus, allowing her to become the partner of knife-thrower Gustavo (Peter Burton). Black Zoo

This violent, gore-filled, effective horror tale by director Robert Gordon is about a totally wacko private zoo keeper, Michael Conrad (Michael Gough) whose literal worship of the animals he tends — especially the cat species — starkly contrasts with his cold-blooded disregard for human life. Conrad has a mute son Carl (Rod Lauren) with a simmering Oedipal hatred, and a wife who should have left him eons ago. Whenever Conrad gets miffed with anyone coming a little too close to his private affairs he simply feeds the hapless victim to the animals. It seems inevitable that if the animals do not get him, then the human species will.
