Ex-Sworn Enemy Guitarist, I See Stars, AND Sumerian Records Slam Falling In Reverse’s Ronnie Radke

Ex-Sworn Enemy guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci has put together a video (that was shot at the Sumerian Records offices) calling out Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke (who used to be the singer of Escape The Fate) for his incredibly egomaniacal attitude that includes kicking support act I See Stars off of the “The Thug In Me Is You Tour”, throwing fans out of venues for simply wearing t-shirts or chanting “I See Stars!”, and, perhaps the most idiotic, throwing microphone stands into the audience at Six Flags in Jackson, NJ, causing physical harm to several fans AND banning all future metal shows from ever playing that venue again. Below is the video that includes fan interviews, news coverage, and footage of Radke being an egotistical prick. Also below are statements from I See Stars and Ronnie Radke. READ MORE

Motionless In White Offer Free MP3 ‘Creatures’

Get another glimpse of Motionless In White’s new album Creatures by grabbing the title track for FREE! The band is offering fans a chance to download the track today from their Facebook page, ahead of the album release on October 12th.
“Creatures” is a particuarly special track on the album, as it is entirely comprised of lyrics submitted by their fans.
Singer Chris Motionless notes: “Over the course of being in the band, we’ve had a lot of kids sending messages asking if I would read their poems or writing and give them feedback. I thought what better way to let them be heard than to get our fans to submit lyrics that I would sing on their behalf in one of our songs. I got almost 300 emails with lyrics, and we ended up using some of the best ones in the album title track “Creatures”.  I really couldn’t think of a better way to say thank you than to have our fans literally be part of this album, and to name our record after the people that are keeping us alive.”
Creatures is set for release on October 12th, 2010, but fans can order the album now and choose from a variety of pre-order bundles. Go to MerchNow, CMDistro or Smartpunk now to get the details!

miwband Exclusive: Motionless In White Cobwebs Song Premiere
Singer Chris ‘Motionless’ Ceruli has said the following about ‘Cobwebs’:
“This song is about how things used to be during the years before we were signed and touring all the time. Although I’m happy with where we are as a band now, sometimes I really miss the early days – all the people we met and the places we played that are all closed down now. I wanted to write a song about those times, that was different than the rest of our other songs on the record. It’s definitely more a poppy/hardcore track than the rest of Creatures, and features my friend Andre from a band called In Alcatraz 1962 screaming on it with me. Although I find it hard to let go of some things from the past, I also know these things and people helped shape who I am today, so it helps to pour those experiences into our music to remind myself. I have some amazing memories, but as we grow as a band and get to travel to so many different places to play our songs, I’m excited to know that there are a ton of memories yet to be made. “Cobwebs” is a tribute to what has been, but as a part of Creatures, is also a part of what’s yet to come.”
You can get more information about Motionless In White by checking out their Official MySpace Page.

New Evergreen Terrace Videos Up

The perpetually-hilarious members of Evergreen Terrace recently returned from touring in Australia with Casey Jones on the “Cheer Up Emu Kid” tour. In what has become an Evergreen Terrace tradition, a side-splitting tour wrap up video has been posted that highlights some of the more ridiculous moments of the tour. Among other things, they eat Kangaroo shit, almost get murdered and get their hands on some Horny Goat Weed – all that and more can be seen now on MetalBlade.tv HERE.
Evergreen Terrace played SXSW in Austin, TX earlier this year and guitarist Josh James hosted a segment for Metal Blade TV that showcased a phenomenon unique to metal and hardcore: moshing. In this video, Josh James interviews and does play-by-play for some moshers and Dennis from Alesana unveils his new mosh move, “The Care Bear”. Check it out HERE!
Evergreen Terrace will be spending part of their summer as part of this year’s Thrash And Burn Tour alongside Asking Alexandria, Kittie, Born Of Osiris, Impending Doom and more! The tour officially starts July 16 and Evergreen Terrace will join the tour from August 2nd through August 15th. The band’s latest album, Almost Home, is available everywhere now!
