Fear Will Surface When ‘Nailbiter’ Gets Released On Home Video

Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced a DVD release of Nailbiter for May 28. DVD active reports that retail will be around $26.98. Extras will include an audio commentary with actors Erin McGrane, Meg Saricks, Emily Boresow and Sally Spurgeon, a second commentary with Patrick Rea (Producer, Director), Aaron Laue (Executive Producer, Producer), Hanuman Brown-Eagle (Producer, Director of Photography), Ryan S. Jones (Sound Editor/Sound Designer, Producer) and Kendal Sinn (Screenwriter, Producer), and a “Storyboard to Screen Comparison” featurette.

Lionsgate Entertainment Announces ‘Nailbiter’ For Home Video

Grindstone has acquired their feature film Nailbiter for North America to be released via Lionsgate Home Entertainment.

The award winning horror-thriller has screened at such festivals as the Palm Beach International Film Festival, Omaha Film Festival, AMC Kansas City Film Fest and Chicago Fear Fest. It recently won Best Feature, Best Director and Best of the Fest at Fright Night Film Fest in Louisville, KY. The film will be screening at the Dragon*Con Independent Film Festival, August 31st-September 3rd.

Patrick Rea has directed from a screenplay by Kendal Sinn, “It tells the story of a mother and three daughters (Erin McGrane, Meg Saricks, Emily Boresow, Sally Spurgeon) who are on their way to the airport to pick up their father when they are caught up in a Kansas tornado. The family is forced to take shelter in a seemingly innocent storm cellar, but are trapped inside. They soon find that they are not alone.READ MORE
