Last night I got invited out to A Day To Remember’s listening party for their new album (which comes out today) “What Separates Me From You”. During my time there Jeremy (Vocals) and Josh (Bass) sat down and answered a few questions for me. Enjoy!

Conditions have sold over 16,000 digital songs and over 3,000 CDs on their own as independent artists. They have shared stages in the US and Europe with the likes of Paramore, New Found Glory, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Good Charlotte. They have earned themselves spots on the Vans Warped Tour, Taste of Chaos, Bamboozle Festival, and SXSW Music Conference. Their commanding stage presence and airtight musicianship during live performances emits a vibrant and impassioned spirit. It is this rare mix of charisma and chops that has allowed Conditions to amass a loyal and supportive fan base from swooning teen pop fans to discerning older rock fans. Those fans purchased 4,000 songs off of their You Are Forgotten EP in the first month of its release. It is exactly that type of zealous fan reaction that has caught the eye of media outlets nationwide. Alternative Press Magazine recently proclaimed the band as one of their “100 bands you need to know in 2010″.
The tireless and tour-hungry hardcore loyalists in LA’s Terror, spearheaded by the endless enthusiasm of frontman Scott Vogel, have returned with a vicious new chapter to their storied career. The much anticipated new album, Keepers of The Faith, is a worldwide call to the community and an attempt to hear back from the faithful on the front lines.
Keepers of The Faith is 13 new tracks produced by Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory (A Day To Remember, H2O) at Buzzbomb Studios in Orange County, CA. It was engineered by Paul Miner (Death By Stereo, Adamantium) and mixed by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed). Keepers of The Faith is set for an August 30th release throughout Europe and a September 14th throughout North America. Doom Patrol will also be issuing the album in Japan on September 1st. Vogel sums it all up, “This is the record we put everything we have into, from the music to the lyrics, the layout to the title and to the direct hand to hand street marketing approach, we are putting it all on the line. We took all the rules of what’s going on in the industry today and washed them from our minds. We wanted to capture those early days of hardcore. This is the record we were destined to make. This is Terror at its best and I’m so excited to get this out and start touring surrounding its energy and passion.”
