Is Climax Working On A Horror Game Set In A Dollhouse?

It’s all conjecture, but judging by the images Climax Studios — the dev behind Silent Hill: Origins and Shattered Memories — has been trickling out via their Facebook page, it looks like their next game may be of the horror persuasion… and maybe set in a dollhouse. I can see it, dollhouses are creepy.

Now, it’s “unannounced” so for all we know this could be a post-apocalyptic Barbie adventure game. It has a nebulous ’2013′ release window, so my guess is they’re waiting to announce it at E3, but I could be wrong, the reveal could be a ways off. Check out some images (not sure if they’re screenshots, promotional art, concept art, or none of the above) after the jump.

TV: Two New Clips From “True Blood” Episode #56, Somebody I Used To Know

HBO has released two new clips from the upcoming 56th episode of “True Blood”, “Somebody I Used To Know.” They are respectively titled “Glimmer Of Hope” and “What Happened?” Which is something I’d like to know. I tried to follow this season for you guys – I really did. I made it about 4 episodes in before I had to pull the plug. I get why a lot of people like it, but they must see something in it that I can’t.

In episode #56, “At Authority headquarters, the Chancellors revel in the afterglow of recent events; Eric gets a message from Godric; Bill is shaken by a distant memory. Helped by Claude and his sisters, Sookie and Jason visit the site of their parents’ deaths, with shocking results. An emotional Luna tries to walk in Sam’s shoes. Hoyt’s new pals bring him a present; Lafayette leads a séance to purge a curse; J.D. ups the stakes of his fight with Alcide.

Tune in to the new season every Sunday night at 9PM, only on HBO. Head inside for the clips! READ MORE

A batch of new screenshots for the recently re-announced Dead Island have surfaced and they’re looking decidedly badass. Any zombie game with electric machetes and fat zombies that may or may not explode leaving you covered in a thick coat of undead giblets has my attention.

Hey You, Didja See this New Dead Space 2 Trailer?

I really hope you’re not getting overhyped for Dead Space 2 because I have this snazzy new trailer for you to feast your hungry eyes upon. It features the Sprawl space station where the game takes place and if the trailer below is anything to go by the game looks to have shaped up quite nicely.

Pretty cool, right? And in related news it would seem the game will be longer than its predecessor and might not even have load times (so say goodbye to the tram from the original). Pretty impressive. Dead Space 2 releases on January 25th for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. READ MORE
