I…I hear something. It’s close but I can’t see where it is. Is it…could it be? Oh, dear god! It is! It’s another Twisted Music Video Of The Week!
This week I’m bring you a band called Heaven’s Basement and their video for “Fire, Fire”, which comes off the upcoming debut album Filthy Empire. The album, which has no set release date aside from “early 2013″ and will be released via Red Bull Records, was produced by John Feldman (The Used, Papa Roach, Black Veil Brides). The video shows the band rocking out in front of a pile of tires (correction: a HUGE pile of tires) while clips of actual riots, forest fires, explosions, floods, and more are interspersed. You can check out the video below.
The song is pretty damn awesome. It’s a catchy “arena hard rock” track that hearkens back to days when a hard rock song was just plain old fun. You can also download the song for free by ‘Liking’ the band’s Official Facebook page here. READ MORE
Papa Roach have cancelled all remaining tour dates on the Rockstar Uproar festival due to singer Jacoby Shaddix being diagnosed with a nodule on his left vocal chord. Doctors have advised Shaddix that he needs to undergo corrective surgery to remove the nodule to prevent further damage.
Shaddix explains, “It’s no secret that I’ve been having issues with my voice lately. I was hoping to be able to go out there and kill it on this tour by resting and doing vocal exercises, but my voice has just gone out on me. I hate to let our fans down, but unfortunately surgery is the only way to fix it. The last thing we want to do is give our fans less than 100% every night. We know they’ll understand and we’ll be back better than ever.”
Starting Aug. 24th, the main stage acts of Godsmack, Staind, Shinedown, and Adelitas Way will have extended sets. READ MORE

Review by Chris Lockett: In this day and age, it is very difficult for a Rock band to be successful. The great Australian band AC/DC once said, “It’s a long way to the top if you wanna Rock n’ Roll”. And now, a new Aussie band is looking for success here in the U.S. Their name is Longreef, and they plan to release their second EP, entitled “Dirty Motel” on June 12th. They certainly have the drive to be a success, but do they have the talent? Hit the jump to find out! READ MORE

It’s widely known that the readers of Bloody Disgusting have their opinions about the SAW series. Whether you love it, hate it, or couldn’t care less, you can’t deny that the SAW films are capable of eliciting a reaction from viewers; but what about the reaction it gets from listeners? Every SAW film has a pretty intense soundtrack to match, and the wide usage of hard rock and heavy metal across all the releases is perfect for Bloody Disgusting readers. Here’s my rank of all seven films’ soundtracks from worst to best – but I’ll leave the actual movies talk up to you guys.
Bloody-Disgusting brings yet another audio interview for all of you readers to sit back and enjoy. Today’s subject is Peter Charell, bassist of the platinum-selling rock band Trapt. We talked about the current tour with Papa Roach, Skillet and My Darkest Days as well as the new album, ‘No Apologies’. Check out after the jump for the full interview.
