It was really only a matter of time I suppose. Dark Horse Comics is adapting the iconic “Plants Vs. Zombies” video game into a digital comic book series. The series is written by Paul Tobin with art from Ron Chan. It’s hard for me to imagine what the series is actually about, but according to the press release, the six-issue series follows inventor, Crazy Dave, his niece, Patrice, and young adventurer Nate Timely as the try to fight off the recent outbreak of zombies. Obviously, the book is all-ages, so that’s pretty great.
I don’t know what this is, it could be a tease, or it could be far art, but I’m going to go right on ahead and hope it’s the former. On the Plants vs. Zombies Facebook page they’ve been posting photos that hilariously mash together PvZ with some of EA’s biggest franchises. It might be them having a bit of fun, or it could be their way of getting us all excited for a big reveal. E3′s coming up, and these posts did include a little E3 related hashtag. Either way, we’ll find out soon. Check them out after the break.

Here, we’ve listed just ten of the zombies you might meet this Halloween. READ MORE
