The kick is, you won’t be able to see said still until Friday. Until then, we’re giving readers a chance to “guess” who will be depicted in the pic, and the first (5) five to do so will land a wicked prize pack! ‘Hellboy’ Star Ron Perlman Joins ‘Angry Little God’

Hellboy star Ron Perlman (pictured) has joined the cast of Daniel Stamm’s (The Last Exorcism) psychological thriller Angry Little God, an IM Global film that Dimension Films will distribute in the U.S., says THR.

Angry Little God — which began principal photography on Tuesday — headlines Mark Webber (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) and Rutina Wesley (“True Blood”). Perman isn’t the only new addition to the cast; Pruitt Taylor Vince, Tom Bower and Devon Graye will also star.

The thriller is the English-language remake of the Thai film 13: Game of Death. “The story follows an indebted man who gets a mysterious phone call telling him he’s on a hidden camera game show while also offering him a fortune if he completes thirteen tasks. The man accepts the challenge but is soon over his head as each task is more horrifying than the last.”

Stamm and his writing partner David Birke wrote the script.

Season three of “The Walking Dead” will air in two-parts with the first eight hours kicking off October 14 and the final episodes returning beginning February 2013. Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics, “The Walking Dead” stars Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Scott Wilson, IronE Singleton, and Melissa McBride.

“In the highly anticipated new season, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow survivors continue to seek refuge in a desolate and post-apocalyptic world and soon discover that there are greater forces to fear than just the walking dead. In addition, in response to DISH taking away its customers’ favorite scripted drama series on basic cable – “The Walking Dead” – AMC is offering all DISH subscribers a special live stream of the hit show’s season three premiere episode on Sunday, October 14, at 9PM ET/6PM PT on amctv.com. AMC has just released 10 images from “The Walking Dead“ Season 3!! While the first episode has yet to air, you can already get a taste of the prison chaos is episode 3.01 “Seed”.

The 16-episode Season 3 of “The Walking Dead” will air in two parts with the first eight hours kicking off October 14th and returning in February, 2013 with the final eight episodes.

It’s been an absolutely insane post-holiday news explosion, so we’re rounding up some fresh TV stories in this edition of News Bites.

Showtime has released a 4-minute long featurette that goes behind-the-scenes of “Dexter” Season 7, which premieres September 30. Here’s the synopsis for Episode 7.01: “Are You….?” “After witnessing her brother kill Travis Marshall, Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) attempts to reconcile with Dexter (Michael C. Hall) while struggling to cover up their involvement with the murder. Meanwhile, Detective Mike Anderson has an unfortunate run-in, Quinn and Batista begin to make amends, and LaGuerta finds evidence that causes her to re-think the closed Bay Harbor Butcher case.”

The team behind AMC released a Social Network-style one-sheet for “The Walking Dead that celebrates their 10 million fans. In Season 3, premiering October 24, “Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and company will face a brand new threat – one that is very much human. While Rick and the gang are busy clearing out a prison in the hopes of transforming it into a protective fortress, not so far away is the town of Woodbury, Georgia, and its self-appointed leader, the Governor (David Morrissey).”

Lastly comes a hi-res look at the “American Horror Story: Asylum“ promotional poster featuring the entire cast and crew. The new season premieres Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 10/9c. on FX. The new season is set at an East Coast asylum for the criminally insane in 1964, and revolves around Jessica Lange’s new character — a nun — and her boss at the institution, played by James Cromwell. Executive producer Robert Kirkman recently told them that Rick’s upcoming emotional “journey… is going to be a lot more drastic than it’s been. The project is set among a group of zombie survivors of an apocalypse who are led by a police officer, Rick Grimes, in search of a safe place to live.

The Walking Dead tells the story of the weeks and months that follow a pandemic zombie apocalypse. County Sheriff Rick Grimes travels with his family and a small group of survivors, constantly in search of a safe and secure home. But the constant pressure of fighting off death on a daily basis takes a heavy toll, sending many to the lowest depths of human cruelty. As Rick struggles to keep his family alive, he will discover that the overwhelming fear of the survivors can be far more dangerous than the mindless walkers roaming the earth.
