The novel, to be published on June 14, mixes history and mythology to re-create the world of Dracula and vampires. A decade in the works, the adventure tale centers around a young woman who searches Europe for her missing father, who took on the challenge of locating the grave of Vlad the Impaler (the bloodthirsty feudal lord who inspired Bram Stoker’s “Dracula”). Along the way, she comes across a slew of bloodsuckers who try to stop her.
On June 23rd, in Jackson, MI, the Jackson County Fairgrounds will see six (yes, you read that right) stages full of a variety of musical artists, from headliners Puddle of Mudd to rapper Coolio to hard rock band Bobaflex, and a ridiculous amount more. It has also been confirmed that 12 Stones has been added to the Monster Energy stage and I See Stars will headline the National Guard Stage. The event is being hosted by Jackass stars Bam Margera and Brandon Novak.
There will also be a free all-ages show on Friday, June 22nd, which will be headlined by Mushroomhead.
