Seether Puts Together Complete iTunes Collection

Seether Puts Together Complete iTunes Collection
One of my favorite interviews I’ve done with Bloody-Disgusting was with Seether at the 2011 Uproar Festival. Funny, genuine, and passionate are definitely words I would use to describe these South African rockers. And their commitment is paying off yet again as their latest single, No Resolution, hit #7 on the Active Rock Chart this week.
The band is also compiling all of their releases from 2004′s Disclaimer II up through their latest album Holding Onto Strings Better Left To Fray (review) for an iTunes collection. The compilation will be featured at a discounted price. All album artwork and liner notes will be included in this release. The collection comes out March 6th.
The band will also be hitting the road in April alongside Bush, My Darkest Day, and Nickelback. Tour dates below.

Bush, Seether, And My Darkest Day Team Up For Tour: Some Band Called Nickelback Is Headlining

nickelback2011 Bush, Seether, And My Darkest Day Team Up For Tour: Some Band Called Nickelback Is Headlining

Alright, my initial enjoyment of Nickelback‘s When We Stand Together has pretty much completely worn off. No more shame and guilt here (at least not from this situation). But then these Canuck bastards put together a tour with two bands that I genuinely enjoy: Bush and Seether. My Darkest Day? I can probably count the number of their songs I’ve heard on one hand. If the line-up is anything like I imagine (My Darkest Day–>Seether–>Bush–>Nickelback), then I’ll show up late and leave after Bush. Good concert right there!

Tickets will be available in the next few weeks. VIP packages can be purchased here. Check below for the tour dates.

Album Review: Checking Out Seether’s Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray

Being the big grunge fan that I am, I don’t have much rock music that I can really get behind these days. Seether, the post-grunge trio from South Africa, has given me some reasons to turn my radio on the past decade, so I decided to check out their latest effort, Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray. Let’s just say I was very pleased with this decision.
