Alright, my initial enjoyment of Nickelback‘s When We Stand Together has pretty much completely worn off. No more shame and guilt here (at least not from this situation). But then these Canuck bastards put together a tour with two bands that I genuinely enjoy: Bush and Seether. My Darkest Day? I can probably count the number of their songs I’ve heard on one hand. If the line-up is anything like I imagine (My Darkest Day–>Seether–>Bush–>Nickelback), then I’ll show up late and leave after Bush. Good concert right there!

What is better than hard rock and hot chicks? Well, aside from hard rock, hot chicks and some horror thrown into the mix, not much I tell you! So that’s why I want to know which of you ladies thinks you’ve got what it takes to become the Miss Uproar 2011! That’s right, the Rockstar Uproar festival, which features bands such as Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Seether, Bullet For My Valentine, and many more, are looking to make one hometown hottie a very lucky lady! Check out the video after the jump for all the details.
Though still untitled, the new Evanescence album has a release date of October 4th. Also, guitarist Troy McLawhorn, who left the band to join Seether but then left them citing “a very personal invasion of trust”, is back in Evanescence. What do you think people? You ready for a new album?
