Smile Empty Soul and current tourmates HURT have recorded a cover of the classic Alice In Chains song “No Excuses”, which originally appeared on the Jar Of Flies EP. According to Flint, MI’s Banana 101.5, who premiered the track, the track will be made available for download at some point in the future with the proceeds likely going to a benefit or charity. You can listen to the track here.

We have been out on the road for about three weeks now and we are moving along nicely. The guys in all the bands are cool as hell to get along with and the shows have been great. It makes for a very cool touring situation. We have been seeing a lot of old friends which is always cool and making a lot of new ones too.
