Now in limited theaters and VOD platforms everywhere is Magnet’s The ABCs of Death, the perfect movie for a group outing this weekend.

We’ve been provided with an exclusive clip from the anthology, which comes from Deadgirl director Marcel Sarmiento’s incredible “D is for Dogfight.” Watch as man fights beast for the ultimate revenge.

In this mega-anthology, “Twenty-six directors. Twenty-six ways to die. The ABCs of Death is perhaps the most ambitious anthology film ever conceived with productions spanning fifteen countries and featuring segments directed by over two dozen of the world’s leading talents in contemporary genre film. Inspired by children’s educational books, the motion picture is comprised of twenty-six individual chapters, each helmed by a different director assigned a letter of the alphabet. The directors were then given free reign in choosing a word to create a story involving death.”

Naturally, The 26-director horror anthology The ABC’s Of Death is one of the Midnight Madness selections of the Toronto International Film Festival, and now we have a look at several new pics from the film.

Srdjan Spasojevic’s debut feature, A Serbian Film, has been called many things since its 2010 SXSW premiere. Disgusting. Vile. Reprehensible. Gross. Boundary Pushing. Art. Exploitation. But the most persistent adjective used to describe the commentary on government resentment and the rough life of an entire culture – though, it can be argued that it’s not really about ANYTHING – is polarizing; polarizing in the way – as a friend put it – a passersby might gawk at a crime scene or car crash, but polarizing nonetheless. Regardless of your distaste or appreciation of it, it’s almost impossible to look away from A Serbian Film; it’s pure, angry, brute power condensed into imagery that’s haunting, to put it mildly. Facing financial difficulties, a retired porn star is lured back for one final film by a wealthy, eccentric producer. This experience, however, will be vastly more taxing than his previous shoots.

Milosh, a retired porn star, now leads a normal family life with his beautiful wife Maria and six year-old son Petar, in tumultuous Serbia, trying to make ends meet. A sudden call from his former colleague Laylah will change everything. Aware of his financial problems, Laylah introduces Milosh to Vukmir – mysterious, menacing and politically powerful figure. A leading role in Vukmir’s new production will provide financial support to Milosh and his family for the rest of their lives. Milosh is hesitant at first because the contract insists that he know nothing about the script before they shoot. But finally, he agrees. From then on, Milosh is drawn into a maelstrom of unbelievable cruelty and mayhem devised by his employer, ”the director” of his destiny – Vukmir, relentless in his attempt to make an ultimate artistic porn film. Vukmir and his cohorts will stop at nothing to complete his vision. In order to escape the living cinematic hell he’s put into and save his family life, Milosh will have to sacrifice everything – his pride, his morality, his sanity, and maybe even his own life.
