Jane’s Addiction are gearing up for the Oct. 18th release of their new album, The Great Escape Artist. So far, they’ve released two singles, End to the Lies and Irresistible Force (the latter being my favorite). Now, they’re beginning to announce tour dates for a fall tour. So far they’ve only got six dates (which you can check after the jump), two dates for each of the following: Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.
Yesterday, there was an article about members of Jane’s Addiction explaining the meaning and story behind their latest single Irresistible Force, which I’ve made clear how much I love. Today sees the release of the official music video, which you can check after the jump. WARNING: Although there is no nudity, there are women covering bare breasts and some images that can easily evoke sexual connotations. Therefore, I must deem this video NSFW. You may call me soft, but I’d rather you readers not lose your jobs.
I’m really looking forward to the upcoming Jane’s Addiction album The Great Escape Artist. The newest single, Irresistible Force, has elements of A Perfect Circle, which is always a good thing in my mind. Jane’s Addiction recently released a video for End To The Lies, which comes off their upcoming album The Great Escape Artist. Well, now they want to show you what it’s like shooting a video like that. After the jump, you can check out a behind-the-scenes video of the band rocking out for the cameras and explaining what the song is about. Who’s excited to see these guys back?
Jane’s Addiction will be releasing a new studio album in August entitled The Great Escape Artist. The video was done by the people who are behind Robot Chicken.
