The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence)
The American finale will be 100% politically incorrect.
The American finale will be 100% politically incorrect.
Secretly gearing up for a shoot here in Los Angeles, Bloody Disgusting is hearing rumblings that Tom Six’s The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) will take place in a prison. Could it be that this film’s ‘pede will be inmates assembled as part of their prison sentence? That would be absolutely and insanely awesome.
In terms of cast, writer/director Tom Six will be starring, as well as Dieter Laser and Laurence R. Harvey, who played the mad scientists in HC (First Sequence) and HC 2 (Full Sequence), respectively.
The great Robert LaSardo, pictured above, as well as Abraham Rubio and William Guirola are also said to be cast as inmates, a source tells Bloody exclusively.

Shooting officially kicks off today for a 2014 release via IFC Films. READ MORE
How will director Tom Six shock us next? While Uwe Boll is as talentless as they come, Six, while always attempting to raise eyebrows using the “shock” factor, is incredibly talented. The Human Centipede Part 2 (Full Sequence) was as disturbing as they come, but clearly on the nose in an attempt to take a jab at critics of the first film. So what will he do when the ‘pede multiples into a third film? I’m dying to know.
After some delays in filming last year, the third installment of the controversial cult horror franchise in which human victims are sewn together is starting up production in Los Angeles, reports the LA Times.
Six Entertainment Co. is scheduled to shoot a scene for The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence) on Friday in the Monterey Park area, according to a permit filed with FilmL.A. Inc., which handles film permits for the city and the county. Six has been casting for the past few weeks via Twitter.
The production of the movie, to be distributed by IFC Films, had been held up last year by a dispute over script issues between Six Entertainment Co. and German actor Dieter Laser, who played the evil Dr. Heiter in the original 2009 film. READ MORE
We last heard from director Tom Six (The Human Centipede and its sequel) back in May when he teased on Twitter, “Yes twitters. What happened to Lindsay [played by Ashley C. Williams] stuck in between two corpses in #THC and Martin’s [played by Laurence R. Harvey] strange #THC2 ending?: I will reveal all in #THC3.” Unfortunately for some, the star of the first film, Dieter Laser at that point was refusing to reprise his role as Dr. Heiter in The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence) because of a lawsuit between him and the production company.
Well, that lawsuit has been resolved and he is back in the film! Also returning is Laurence R. Harvey, who played the villain Martin in the second film. Only they’re not reprising their old roles – they’re taking on whole new ones! They are playing a “new villain duo with a storyline no-one will expect.”
Laser comments on the lawsuit, “I never ever would have thought that all our differences and misunderstandings would in the end lead to an even deeper and warmer understanding and appreciation of each other. In this regard I am actually thankful about the whole fuss because it turned out to be an advantage and a wonderful present for our film and for our friendship.” Six adds, “I am very happy Dieter will follow my vision for a full 100% now and know he is absolutely the most brilliant actor I could wish for.”
The Human Centipede 3 starts filming in May in the USA and will feature a “megalomanic 500+ human centipede”. They are also claiming that a “big American celebrity” will be in the film. Any guesses as to who that might be? READ MORE

We are a product of our environment; psychological defects can be the result of how we grew up and the trauma we experience at a young age.
Borderline Personality Disorder: A condition in which people have long-term patterns of unstable emotions or pure rage, caused by sexual abuse or lack of communications in the household. Their behavior may reflect negative feelings of themselves or others.
Tom Six’s The Human Centipede Part 2: Full Sequence is by far one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen; yes it has a lot of violence and gore, but the worst part to me is the fact that every single part of Martin’s personality can be diagnosed. His goal throughout this movie is to create a centipede out of 12 random people; to him this would be a beautiful master piece, almost a form of art. Martin, the villain in the film, is not always displaying random behavior; for the most part, he has a reason for every action taken and his personality is influenced by everything that he has had to endure throughout his entire life. This man is not insane; Martin is simply an example of how our environment can create pure evil. When fantasies are no longer an escape from reality, one must create a reality that reflects fantasy. Ever wanted to watch The Human Centipede and The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence in a row? I can’t say it’s a burning desire of mine, but I know some of you guys dig these movies. And now they’ll be available in some new fancy packaging (with a few new exclusive features for THC2).
Now for the very first time, both films will be released together by Monster Pictures as a collectable Four-disc Special Limited Edition Dual Format (Blu-ray & DVD) SteelBook, available on October 29th, 2012 in the UK. Still waiting word on a US release, but if you have a multi-region player – go ahead!

I’m not exactly sure what the status is on the latest Human Centipede, but that’s not stopping franchise director Tom Six from tickling us with details.
The infamous director has told his Twitter followers that he will answer quite a few unanswered questions in his forthcoming The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence): “Yes twitters. What happened to Lindsay [played by Ashley C. Williams] stuck in between two corpses in #THC and Martin’s [played by Laurence R. Harvey] strange #THC2 ending?: I will reveal all in #THC3.”
Of course, #THC #TCH2 and #THC3 are now trending on Twitter (I’m kidding, of course).
Dieter Laser was also supposed to reprise his role as Dr. Heiter until a legal battle supposedly ensued. Six promises that the American finale will be 100% politically incorrect.
We received a statement this morning from The Human Centipede producer Ilona Six explaining that production has been delayed on The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence) as they prepare to do legal battle with franchise star Dieter Laser (pictured left).
“Tom Six’s company will sue Dieter Laser,” she tells Bloody.
“Because of the success of The Human Centipede, it seems that Mr Dieter Laser’s ego has grown to laughably big proportions. First signing the contract and rating the THC3 script as fantastic, and then demanding his own unacceptable script changes, and now refusing to play the part only seven weeks prior to shooting.
Six Entertainment Company will start legal action against Dieter Laser. Tom Six says not to worry – principal photography will be postponed and will take place later this year.”
Principal photography was to begin this May in the States, with Laser and Laurence R. Harvey both returning in starring roles. Laser played the evil German surgeon “Dr. Heiter” in First Sequence, while Harvey played the creepy “Martin” – a man obsessed with Six’s first film – in the sequel Full Sequence. Franchise director Tom Six will play an unknown supporting role in what they’re calling “100% politically incorrect.” Six recently revealed that he’s working on a 500-person centipede. YIKES!
*Editor’s Note: The opinions and statements of Ilona Six are not those of Bloody Disgusting. Not to mention that we don’t know if this is a brilliant publicity stunt or not. We’ll play it safe… READ MORE
While most people crucified the filmmaker, I was a pretty huge fan of Tom Six’s The Human Centipede 2 (read the review), a film that had the balls to say “f*ck you” to every hater out there (even though I still think directors need to stop reading all of the negative comments and feeling the need to respond to the hate). I think the most exciting part of the sequel was the “out-of-the-box thinking”, where Six takes viewers outside of the initial film and then into what he deems the “real world.” This leads us to the Final Sequence…
While Six has kept plot details under wraps, Bloody Disgusting has confirmed that both Dieter Laser (pictured above left) and Laurence R. Harvey will return in The Human Centipede Part 3 (Final Sequence), both in starring roles. Laser played the evil German surgeon “Dr. Heiter” in First Sequence, while Harvey played the creepy “Martin” – a man obsessed with Six’s first film – in the sequel Full Sequence.
The real head-scratcher that’s got my interest piqued is that writer-director Tom Six himself will play a supporting role in the film! I think we’re about to go super-meta!
Principal photography will begin this May in the States. The film will be released in 2013, presumably by IFC. It is also confirmed that Final Sequence will actually be the last film of the Human Centipede trilogy.
The American finale will be 100% politically incorrect.

Original Review From Fantastic Fest ‘11
Despite being shown in theatres, it’s hard to actually classify The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence as a film. Like Faces of Death, it’s a collection of increasingly gross ideas strung together, specifically designed to push buttons and offend with the added bonus of having something that barely passes as a narrative woven between them. When viewed in that light, it’s admirable how committed director Tom Six is to his vision and how uncompromised it feels, but as he explained during a post-screening Q&A, it’s basically a bunch of leftover ideas that he couldn’t fit in the first time around. The explanation makes sense, but it certainly doesn’t setup the context for why these events are occurring or what Six is attempting to comment on with his grotesque display of medical inaccuracies. Tom Six’s Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence has been banned by the Classification Review Board just three weeks after it made its Australian premiere at the Brisbane International Film Festival, says the Sydney Morning Herald.
Originally classified R 18+ by the Classification Board in May, Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence was refused classification by the Review Board on Monday with the review team decrying its “gratuitous, exploitative or offensive depictions of violence“, as well as its displays of cruelty.
The sequel to Tom Six’s 2009 film The Human Centipede: First Sequence follows a mentally unstable car park attendant who becomes so obsessed with the first movie that he copycats the original premise of sewing humans together into one “centipede”.
The unedited version of the film was originally cleared for classification in Australia, despite being cut for audiences in the United Kingdom after an initial banning.

A 12-person centipede. The only information IFC Films and the producers are revealing is that this time there is a new villain on the scene named Martin, and that the premise is 100% medically inaccurate!
Details were scarce until the UK banning which revealed that the sequel “tells the story of a man who becomes sexually obsessed with a DVD recording of the first film and who imagines putting the ‘centipede’ idea into practice.” Read the official synopsis here.
Eureka Entertainment’s shock-horror The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence), which was banned from UK distribution in April by the British Board Of Film Classification (BBFC) has now been passed with an 18 certificate after a number of cuts.
Ian Sadler, Sales Director for Eureka Entertainment, Bounty Films’ UK distributor says they were able to “produce a very viable cut of the film which will both excite and challenge its fans,” adding that “Naturally we have a slight disappointment that we have had to make cuts, but we feel that the storyline has not been compromised and the level of horror has been sustained.”
The BBFC is a despicable group of people who are inflicting censorship on this planet. It’s one thing to slap an X or NC-17 on a product, it’s another to completely ban it. I’m sorry, but I’m an adult and don’t need a bunch of assholes telling me what I can and can’t see. Dicks.
Dates for a UK theatrical and DVD release will be announced early next week. Those people should probably just pick up the domestic release…

Two days after The Human Centipede: Full Sequence premiered at Fantastic Fest 2011, I got a chance to sit down with director Tom Six and star Laurence R. Harvey over a cup of coffee to discuss the on-screen insanity that permanently seared itself into my brain. It’s no secret that the film was almost unanimously disliked at the fest, but Six and Harvey seem to be relishing in the hate and, from the sounds of it, it’s motivating them to go to the extreme with the next and final entry in the trilogy, The Human Centipede: Final Sequence.

It looks like I’m in the minority on this one, but I thought Tom Six’s The Human Centipede (Full Sequence) was a hilarious jab at the critics that have condemned him since the first film back in 2009. While it does come off as beating a dead horse to no end, it’s still a piece of art that one shouldn’t be taking too seriously. Yet, all the things I admire about the Franken-film, are all of the things critics appear to be slamming. To each their own, I guess.
You’ll find my positive review here, with David Harley joining the likes of Brad McHargue with his highly negative review beyond the break. I seriously cannot wait until October 7 to see what you, dear Bloody Disgusting readers, have to say! – Mr. Disgusting.
*Update: Read two more reviews on Bloody.
Reviews have begun pouring online so I figured we may as well post our first in a series hitting Bloody Disgusting. Brad McHargue (@BradMcHargue) reports in from Fantastic Fest following the world premiere of Tom Six’s The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence). Much like the reviews I’ve seen thus far, McHargue was NOT a fan, which actually makes me even more excited to see it myself.
You can watch the intro to the screening at Corey Mitchell’s online blog, with the first review inside. Watch this spot for David Harley’s thoughts in the coming week, with a potential third review if any of the staff like the film. I love a bit of controversy!!
