There seems to be a trend with “HEROES” stars making the obvious transition into the comic book world. Of course there is Brea Grant’s (The ‘Speedster’ Of “HEROES”) absolutely fantastic “WE WILL BURY YOU” series from IDW, and on the other side of the coin you have the Milo Ventimiglia produced “BERSERKER” from Top Cow. The series is now well into its first story arc, and this Wednesday marks the final issue in the stories debut. Inside you can read the first 6 pages of the title and get a look at the bloody variant covers. Read on for the skinny.
With “ARTIFACTS’ on the horizon, and a whole slew of new titles for the Summer, one story from Top Cow Comics that will be hard to forget is “THE DARKNESS”. The highly popular title will be heading into an all new story this August titled “FOUR HORSEMEN”, and thanks to Top Cow you can take a look at the cover and get the skinny beyond the break.
‘TRACKER’ Is one of those titles that has all the potential to be one of the coolest horror titles on store shelves. The story follows an FBI ‘TRACKER’ named Alex O’Roarke who happens to be a werewolf. In effect, Alex is a police dog, given assignments to find some of the most vile enemies of the state that other, less furry, detectives have no hope in tracking down. Inside you can read the first 6 pages of the fourth issue of the title that drops this Wednesday.
As the road to “ARTIFACTS” continues publisher Top Cow Comics is getting the ball rolling the right way by giving readers a taste of the monumental crossover even that consists of some of their biggest properties with “KINGSOM OF PAIN”. The ubber violent romp will include characters like The Darkness, Witchblade, and Darkchylde, and inside you can read the first 6 pages of the title before it drops on May 26th. I’m not sure what this guy did to warrant it, but it sure does look cool.
