Mezco expands their ever-growing line of hit Chucky collectibles with one of the most frequently requested items: “Good Guy” Chucky.
Unlike the scarred and battle-damaged look Chucky normally displays, people have tried to destroy him in 6 films so far, this version represents the cleaner, earlier Chucky. His trademark outfit is un-slashed, his face is not yet mauled. Just as he did in his films, Chucky has lots to say, from his trademark “My name is Chucky” to far more sinister phrases.
The star of the Child’s Play films, Chucky stands 15″ tall and features real cloth Good Guys clothing, 11 points of articulation and his trademark orange hair and realistic glass-like eyes.
Each Chucky comes packaged in his own collector friendly window box based on the original box design seen in the films. READ MORE
Bloody reader ‘Dan Polydoris’ got creative and designed his own custom vintage-style set of Mego figures based on John Carpenter’s Halloween!
“[The Michael] Myers is just Captain Kirk with a white face and new hair,” he explains on his blog. “He’s wearing a ‘Planet of the Apes’ Astronaut outfit without the zipper. [Dr.] Loomis is just Boss Hogg with a goatee and a slight haircut (in the back). His trench coat is a modified Barbie trench made for 12″ figures.
“I also made a Laurie figure (she’s pictured on the side of the box), but she ended up looking too shitty even for the internet to see,” he jokingly adds. “So, she’ll remain safely bound and gagged in the back of my closet.” READ MORE

Some of the coolest figures every released, which I don’t have, are BifBangPow’s Retro “Twilight Zone” dolls. They were big and expensive.
They’re getting smart by making more “action figure”-styled versions, retro 3.75″ “Twilight Zone” figures. There are 6 figure in the first wave. Not shown is the Henry Bemis figure.
Thanks to AFInsider for the pics.
Figures.com was at the New York Toy Fair with details on the Series 12 release of NECA’s Predator line.

While we sit back and pray for a Ripley figure one of these days, NECA blasted out of the gate this Sunday morning revealing a slew of new Alien and Aliens action figures.
Photos pulled from Figures.com reveals that 2014 will bring us a batch of awesome new Alien figures that include the hotly demanded Power Loader, featured in James Cameron’s 1986 Aliens. While there’s no one driving said machine, we’re crossing out fingers that NECA reveals Ripley by show’s end.
Also from Aliens, get ready for Bishop, played by Lance Henriksen, as well as new Alien toys of Bishop and Kane with a facehugger attached to his face.
Can you say AMAZING?!! Thank you, NECA! READ MORE
While we won’t be seeing any of the new Godzilla at the upcoming New York Toy Fair, NECA did reveal that they’re going to be releasing new figures based on the original 1954 Gojira!
Images will be revealed at the fair, but here are some early details:
From one of the most anticipated movie releases this year, NECA announces the relaunch of the classic Godzilla franchise.
This 6″ tall figure is highly detailed and fully articulated, and 12” long from head to tail! Over 25 points of articulation and a bendable tail.
This classic movie monster has never looked so good in toy form. READ MORE
Have you given an offering to NECA yet? If not, show your appreciation to the toy gods by sacrifice someone (or just give them your money, they earned it).
Remember when McFarlane Toys used to give a shit about us? Yeah, then they started making sports figures and ignored us (just like the jocks in high school!) McFarlane is a traiter. NECA – and Director of Product Development Rank Falk – picked up the pieces and has been giving us everything we’ve ever wanted (except for a Ripley figure – but I know they’ve at least tried!).
After blowing my mind with NES 8-bit releases of Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th) and RoboCop, NECA recently revealed Predator was next. With the Toy Fair hitting New York next month, the toy company revealed a full body shot of the 8-bit Predator, although I kind of wish they made Dutch from the cover, instead of the action alien creature. It will be available this coming May.
NECA also revealed the first two classic Planet of the Apes toys, “Dr. Zaius” and a Soldier Ape” from the original franchise. Zaius serves a dual role in Ape society, as Minister of Science in charge of advancing ape knowledge, and also as Chief Defender of the Faith. In the latter role, he has access to ancient scrolls and other information not given to the ape masses. – Wiki. Enjoy the pain master below! READ MORE

NECA’s at it again. I think they’re trying to capture my heart, as well as the contents of my wallet, with their ever-growing line of neon pastel figures that merge horror movie icons with the style of old school Nintendo games. Their Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger figures are still very much at the top of my wish list, and it looks like I’ll soon need to make room for another.
It looks like the next figure in NECA’s increasingly exciting line-up will be the Predator, complete with a lovely neon blue repaint. It’s all-but official, we’ll update when we know more.
Until it’s removed by the request of Warner Bros., this fan site has a look at the new Godzilla in toy form.
Although the source of the image is unknown, it’s a shot of a toy model, on display at what looks to be some kind of toy fair or licensing expo.
Making his first appearance in 1954 (Gojira) Godzilla is a giant monster that lives in the sea that comes from the ocean to feed on mankind.
In theaters May 16, the new pic is an epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, which pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence. READ MORE
