E3 2012: Get Ready To Pick Your Jaw Up Off The Floor As Epic Unveils Their Next Gen Game Engine

If you’re a gamer you’ve almost definitely played a game that uses Epic’s Unreal Engine. It’s without a doubt the most popular engine of this generation as it’s used by everything from Gears of War to Batman: Arkham City, Mass Effect and Mortal Kombat, as well as the upcoming BioShock Infinite, Borderlands 2, Aliens: Colonial Marines, DmC: Devil May Cry, and a plethora of other highly anticipated games. It’s popular, and if this generation is anything to go by, there’s a distinct possibility the newly unveiled Unreal Engine 4 will be powering many of the titles of the next generation of video games.
