UK rock band Foals have released a VERY NSFW music video for their track “Late Night”, which comes off their recently released album Holy Fire. The video, directed by Nabil (Kanye West, Frank Ocean), follows the stories of four different groups of people over a short period of time. It’s a bit dark, it’s definitely tragic, and it’s very well done.
On the song’s lyrics, vocalist/guitarist Yannis Philippakis says: “Some of that is to do with my grandmother, and to do with aging, and being on the verge of passing over into something else, and having remorse and guilt. Catholic guilt? Byzantine guilt… bloodlines, and disappointment, and the unwinding of genes.”

One of the most recognizable composers in Hollywood, Danny Elfman has been a part of some of the biggest movies over the past 25 years. And in celebration of that, Warner Bros. is releasing the Danny Elfman/Tim Burton 25th Anniversary Music Box this December. Pre-orders are open now HERE, but be warned that it’s a bit pricey. I’ll say this however, that for everything you get, it’s worth every penny and more.
