VMI Worldwide announced today that it has sold North American rights of the action-sci-fi-horror movie Gallowwalkers, starring Wesley Snipes (Blade) to Wrekin Hill Entertainment as well as Japan to Presidio and the Middle-East to Phoenicia.

As an apocalyptic event takes place that could shift the control of the planet Earth from the hands of humanity to the claws of vampires, the Daywalker, Blade (Snipes) is the only person who can turn the tide of the crisis against the undead blood suckers and prevent the world from becoming a “Planet of the Vampires”. Blade forms an uneasy alliance with the vampire council in order to combat the Reapers vampires who feed on vampires.

Blade grew up to be a vampire hunter for revenge on his mother’s death. The vampires, who managed to infiltrate nearly every major organization, need Blade’s very special blood to summon La Magra, the blood god, in order to reign over the human cattle, as they call us.
