Exclusive Clip From ‘When The Lights Went Out’!

Revolver Entertainment’s When The Lights Went Out is headed to UK theaters this month and now we have an exclusive trailer for the film! It’s released in Yorkshire Cinemas on September 12th and nationwide in UK Cinemas on September 14th. And now we have an exclusive clip entitled “Breaks Up Fight” that explores what happens when pub tempers get heated.

The story is set in Yorkshire in 1974, when The Maynard Family, Len (Steve Waddington), Jenny (Kate Ashfield) and their daughter Sally (Tasha Connor), move into their new family home, only to discover that the house already inhabited by a “presence” of a malign nature.

Pat Holden directs the story, based on true events. Producers are Bil Bungay (Moon) and Deepak Nayar (Tucker And Dale Vs Evil). David Mutch executive produces.

Revolver Acquires UK Rights To UK Horror ‘When the Lights Went Out’

Revolver Entertainment (V/H/S) has acquired UK rights from SC Films International for Pat Holden’s UK-set horror drama When The Lights Went Out. An autumn release is planned, says Screen Daily.

The story is set in Yorkshire in 1974, when The Maynard Family, Len (Steve Waddington), Jenny (Kate Ashfield) and their daughter Sally (Tasha Connor), move into their new family home, only to discover that the house already inhabited by a “presence” of a malign nature.

Pat Holden directs the story, based on true events. Producers are Bil Bungay (Moon) and Deepak Nayar (Tucker And Dale Vs Evil). David Mutch executive produces.

The film had its world premiere in Rotterdam. We’ll update as soon as a U.S. distributor is locked down.

Based on true events, the Pat Holden-directed thriller is set in Yorkshire, 1974. Britain is in recession, the oil crisis and black outs loom large. The Maynard Family move into their dream house, only to find a “PRESENCE” already living there.

Len (Steve Waddington), Jenny (Kate Ashfield) and their daughter Sally (Tasha Connor) must struggle to keep their already-fragile family together as they are attacked by poltergeists. Soon it becomes apparent that Sally is their main focus of attention. The house becomes a living nightmare. They must exorcise the evil spirits for them to survive.
