Both players use their voices to separately control certain aspects of Samson, who is a recently divorced cyber explorer. Not really sure the significance of that, but I like it. Yes, someone made a game like this. It was only a matter of time. Even better, it sold so well, as in the biggest selling indie game on Xbox Live Arcade. So naturally, they made a sequel. Just watch the video.

The idea is simple. Keep the baby in the air as long and as far as possible by bouncing it off of the bounceable objects. The game only costs 1 dollar, so if you want to sit around one day and laugh your ass off, I totally recommend this game, and the original. Screens past the break. READ MORE

What have us horror gamer fans always wanted? An open world zombie apocalypse game. What are we FINALLY getting? An open world zombie apocalypse game. My 1 qualm? It’s for Xbox Live Arcade. While yes the price point will be solid, I’m still skeptical of the game itself. None the less I remain giddy.

Plants vs Zombies was originally released for the Mac and PC back in May of 2009. Well, the infection then spread to the Apple iOS (i-devices), and even the iPad in an updated HD format. Well the infection couldn’t be contained as it achieved console status making it to the Xbox Live Arcade, and was even released on disc.

Released back in September, Hydrophobia was not received well by gamers and critics. So what did developers Dark Energy Digital do? They listened. Finally! A developer that listens! They ended up fixing and improving TONS of aspects of the game. The list is huge. They released an update for the fixes at no cost to the gamers, and even dropped the price of the game.

Well if you thought that was it, you and I were both wrong. Dark Energy Digital has started a listening post.

The random nickel arcade, or a few games in a restaurant, bar, bowling alley or movie theater. Dave and Busters, eh sort of, and Gameworks. But the true arcades are mostly gone forever, and they show no signs of making a comeback.

Those who have already dove into the exciting old school world of Scott Pilgrim will be excited to know about the new DLC for the game. It’s out now for the Playstation 3, and will be out later this month on the Xbox 360. The new DLC which costs 2 dollars on the Playstation 3 and 160 Microsoft Brutal Murder bucks on the Xbox 360 will include:

I was lucky enough to see Scott Pilgrim in theaters just before it was pulled. The theater was empty aside from my cohorts and I. Just the way I like it. I can be loud and obnoxious and that makes me happy. The movie (I thought) was incredible. Lot’s of fun, lots of action, nerd references left and right. A video game a comic book lovers delight.

Yeah, you read that title right. And it’s about DAMN time this starts happening more. I’m sure all of you semi oldies like me remember spending countless hours in arcades, Pizza Huts, movie theaters, just to name a few. Playing X-Men, and many other classic arcade games. Can we get the Simpsons arcade game on the consoles next?

The game will have 6 player drop in co-op. Which basically means you should be able to drop in an out of online games with your friends as you please. Limbo wasn’t on my radar until I was exposed to a trailer for the game a few months back. I definitely have more of an eclectic taste in games, something that’s essentially a must have quality when you write about them, but I definitely enjoy the lonely, atmospheric games more than others. Sure I can spend countless hours in one shooter after another, but it’s games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and Silent Hill that really tickle my fancy. Now, I’m very happy to say I can add Limbo to that list.

PVZ will be coming out for the Xbox Live Arcade sometime in early September for 1200 Microsoft Space Bucks. Castlevania Harmony Of Despair has pretty much everything you could ever want in a Castlevania game. And by that I mean, it’s on Xbox Live Arcade, it’s old skool classic looking, and you can play it with 5 of your friends co-op.

In the game you will be exploring huge levels based off of levels from Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia. Yes, you read it correctly. It’s only a matter of time before I can pawn off my Dreamcast. Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi will be the 1st arriving, but that wont be until the fall. The games will have achievements and trophies implemented, along with upgraded graphics and surround sound. Online leaderboards as well, and hopefully for certain games online multiplayer (fingers crossed).

In Capsized you play as a tiny spaceman who is forced to jettison from the spaceship he is on when it is struck by an asteroid. Your escape pod crash lands on a strange mysterious alien planet that you must try to escape. Check out the video below to get more of an idea.

I feel like the music fits the game perfectly, and it looks really awesome. In their development blog they state the game was made to also be played with 2-4 players.
