xfAdmittedly, when I first heard of the precariously titled ‘BOY WONDER’, I was skeptical on many fronts. The first being that I didn’t foresee a film by such a ‘Batmanesque’ title as ‘BOY WONDER’ to be a dark, twisted, pulse pounding vigalante film with plenty of violence to go around. However, after getting a chance to see the film this past week I have to say that I joined the ranks of the many critics who have handed the Indie such high praise. The film, directed by Michael Morrissey, premiered today at The Con, and inside you can get our exclusive interview with Michael as well as stars Caleb Steinmeyer (‘LOST’), and Zulay Henao (‘FEAR ITSELF’, ‘S.DARKO’)! The plot centers are eight very troubled young people sent to do community service in the California forests with a very wise and strict park ranger. Unfortunately for them, not only is a fugitive serial killer roaming the woods but so is a 1,500 pound Grizzly Bear.
