I'm an indie game developer, and I've made an extremely gory mobile game. Google found it so extreme it was banned from the Play Store. Apple however doesn't seem to have any problems with it so it's still available on the App Store.
I hope at least some of you don't just see this as spam, but can appreciate such a game.
It's a fruit ninja clone, but with zombies. You can cut off any part of the zombie and there is lots of guts and blood.
Besides the regular game mode, there is also an endless mode without scoring or a fail state where you can relieve all your stress, rage or anger by cutting up zombies for as long as you like.
