Mezco’s April Fool’s Prank Was a Tiffany Styling Head Doll That We Kinda Need

Published

on

As if much of what you see on the internet on a daily basis isn’t already fake, April Fool’s Day arrives each and every April 1st to blur those lines between reality and fiction even further. Of course, you can be pretty sure that *nothing* you read on April 1st is actually true, which weirdly makes April Fool’s the easiest day to tell fiction from reality.

Go figure!

No, Stephen King isn’t actually running for the Governor of Maine and no, the original “Real Ghostbusters” toys aren’t being re-released. This year brought us a handful of fun stories that we *wish* were true, including a pretty epic prank from Mezco.

The toy company sent out a press release for an upcoming “Make Me Terrifying” Tiffany doll, a styling head based on Bride of Chucky that allows you to practice your makeup and hair-styling skills on Chucky’s blushing bride. Admittedly, we got pretty excited when we saw the press release. Of course, once we clicked the image, we realized it was a prank.

Well done, Mezco. Now please actually make this real.

Signed, everyone.
