CW Developing Murder Mystery “Paradise Lost”

“Sleepy Hollow” alum Joey Falco is developing “Paradise Lost” for CBS TV Studios, reports Spoiler TV.

Unrelated to the doc about real-life murders, the story is said to be “a quirky murder mystery with magical realism overtones in which the secretive, sinful and spiritual lives of a community’s residents are exposed.”

Falco is writing the pilot, while Michael London, Brad Silberling, Amy Brenneman will serve as executive producers.

Wonderful. Another CW show where characters are about as uninteresting and underdeveloped as they can be, confusing scripts, canned dialogue, slightly out-of-focus and unnecessary darkened camera shots with subtle corporate sponsorship. Keep ’em coming CW. Make it “quirky.” Whatever it takes to pay the bills.
