[Exclusive] Clip Previews Season 2’s Penultimate Episode of “The Exorcist”!

There are only two more episodes left in Season 2.

On last week’s episode, a possessed Andy upped his body count, breaking free from his shackles and embarking on a demonic quest to “save” (aka probably kill) his family.

Things are guaranteed to heat up even further in tonight’s episode, the second to last in Season 2. It’s titled “Ritual & Repetition,” and we’ve got an exclusive clip for ya.

In the episode, “The demon has plans for everyone on the island when Tomas faces it in a desperate battle while Marcus and Rose try to evacuate the foster children.”

“The Exorcist” airs on FOX at 9/8c tonight, December 8.

Great series. Great season. FOX, don’t keep us waiting for that renewal confirmation, this time. Christmas is around the corner, let’s make it an early present. Wishful thinking, perhaps but this series deserves a third season.

      Absolutely agree!

        I concur.

Season 3 cannot be announced fast enough – but I still reckon they should do something a little different – it’s time for the Djinn….

I’d like to see the story take at least a limited break from Tomas and Marcus traveling from place to place and encountering different incarnations of evil and focus specifically on them pairing with Mouse and Bennett to finally take down (or at least fatally diminish) the shadow order manipulating things behind the scenes. Though several key players have met grisly ends, there’s still an entire structured network with malevolent intentions in play. A collision course between both sides is underway.

Add me to the list of those who agree. I’m completely at odds with the earlier negative comments in this thread- I loved season one, but think this has consistently proven to be a better season overall , scary and gripping while really taking the time to further develop the character of Tomas and Marcus.

it was awesome seeing Hannah Kasulka as Casey again. i miss the Rance family (especially Casey & Kat). i DO like this show but i’m not really invested in any of the characters this season except for the new foster girl Harper. season 1 was pretty creepy/unsettling but i am finding none of season 2 to be that way. i definitely am loving Mouse though! she’s a freaking badass! her scene with the 2 assassin guys was completely awesome! it seems a waste to have had her only meet up with Marcus on the last ep of season 2.

This season got so dumb so fast. EVERYONE seems to be a demon but even though it’s filmed in dark grays and blues, not a scare to be found. I liked last season, with the twist at the end, but this is just tedious. I’m glad it’s the last season–they simply have nothing to say in this genre.

i pretty much agree w/ you but who says it’s the last season? has it officially been cancelled?

    • Ash Housewares

It’s not so much filmed in drak grays and blues…that’s just Vancouver in the winter. I live here. Trust me lol

    • Ash Housewares

I agree, that I’m less invested and I thought there was too much time with guessing who’s the demon but I’d still be happy to give a season 3 a chance.

It may have become slightly stale But there is promise in this show.
Yeah why would a demon tie up a group of kids and play games ..back stories and flash wotever these days …
