First Photos of Morgan’s Arrival on “Fear the Walking Dead”

One of the biggest happenings in the world of “The Walking Dead” this past season was the announcement that Morgan, a character from the main series, will be crossing over into spinoff series “Fear the Walking Dead” for its fourth season. Actor Lennie James is the first to make the jump, which should make Season 4 a must-watch.

EW got their hands on the first two images of Morgan in “Fear the Walking Dead” today, along with some teases from the showrunners.

As Morgan Jones steps into the world of FTWD, he’ll be continuing the journey he began on The Walking Dead way back in the pilot,” Andrew Chambliss told the site.

He added, “It’s been a great challenge to set for ourselves, and it’s what we hope to do with the character — to push Morgan to places he could only get by coming into contact with the characters on Fear. They’ll change him. And, at the same time, he’ll change them.”

Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo and Danay Garcia are all back for “Fear the Walking Dead” Season 4, expected in mid-2018.

Garret Dillahunt, Jenna Elfman, Maggie Grace and Kevin Zegers arrive in Season 4.

Season 4 marks the departure of original showrunner Dave Erickson, with Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg (“Once Upon a Time”) filling in, alongside Scott M. Gimple.

what an awful show. So Morgan left Georgia, went all the way to Texas/Cali.. then came back only to find Rick again? LAME

My thoughts exactly. It would’ve been so much easier to have Abraham be the crossover character.

Well too bad they didn’t get over it

I know the walking dead is awful boring and a repetitive soap opera

Did he walk back and forth? lol Great ideas and writing.

My guess is he took one of the many thousands of vehicles that would be everywhere.

This is just wrong. The last season of Fear was better than TWD has been for…well maybe ever. And this just stinks of desperation.

Plus Gimple is now running Fear which also means it’s pretty much guaranteed to be shit.

Is Morgan even a good character anymore? I loved him in his first few appearances but he’s been severely neutered as of late, despite James still putting in a hell of a performance.

I didn’t even bother watching the second half of this most recent season so I don’t know, maybe he’s AWESOME again or something.
