The Effects of ‘Jurassic Park’ Before and After!

Published

on

It’s been Jurassic Park month here on Bloody Disgusting, and since it’s one of the best thrillers ever made, we’re going to hammer away anytime there’s something cool to share.

Such the case with this incredible video discovered by /Film. While the following featurette is unfortunately not in HD (it looks awful), there’s a whopping 5-minutes worth of never-before-seen effects work. What you’ll see are before and after shots of a ton of the visual effects work done in Steve Spielberg’s 1993 classic.

Check it out below and watch for Jurassic World in theaters a year from now.

The project for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes is being described as a “fast-paced thriller,” and Deadline reports today that Violett Beane (Truth or Dare) has joined the cast.

Newcomer Jacob Robinson has also signed on to star in the mysterious thriller. Previously announced, Meghann Fahy (“White Lotus”) will be leading the cast.

Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”

Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.
