Indiecan Entertainment has acquired the Canadian and US distribution rights to End of Days, INC., marking Jennifer Liao’s feature directorial debut, which recently premiered at the USA Film Festival in Dallas, Texas.

A dark comedy with a supernatural spin about a group of laid-off workers at a mysterious company that are bribed into working one last night, only to discover that processing the last of their ‘inventory’ will lead to cataclysmic consequences.

The ensemble film, written by Christina Ray (Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning), stars Mark O’Brien (Republic of Doyle), Carolyne Maraghi (Picture Day), Paul Sun-Hyung Lee (Kim’s Convenience), Janet Porter (The Listener), Anna Ferguson (Heartland), Yulia Petrauskas (Nikita), and Paulino Nunes (The Strain) as Mr. Godfrey.

The creative team also includes director of photography Benjamin Lichty (How To Change The World), production designer David Orin Charles (Meatballs), editor John Nicholls (Make It Pop), and costume designer Jenn Burton (Skating to New York). End of Days, INC. was produced by Sandy Kellerman and Jennifer Liao, with financial support from Telefilm Canada.

Instead, they are bribed into working one last night, wherein they discover that processing the last of their “inventory” may lead to cataclysmic consequences.
