The Creature is Featured in First ‘The Shape of Water’ Clip

The first reviews of Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water out of this week’s Venice Film Festival have been nothing short of stellar, which has made us even more excited about the visionary filmmaker’s latest dark fairytale.

Then again, after that incredible trailer, our tickets were already bought.

Hungry for more? Check out the first clip below, via The Playlist.

In the other-worldly tale, set against the backdrop of Cold War-era America…

In the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works, lonely Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of silence and isolation. Elisa’s life is changed forever when she and co-worker Zelda (Octavia Spencer) discover a secret classified experiment.

Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Michael Stuhlbarg and Doug Jones also star.

Look for it on December 8, 2017.

    FINALLY !!!!
It sounds as if Del Toro has gone back to his roots and got it right .
All of the reviews for this say its a very worthy movie and It currently holds 100 % on RT.
