Sony’s ‘Accident Man’ Going Directly to VOD [Trailer]

Sony has announced Accident Man, starring Scott Adkins as a hitman who embarks on a bloody revenge mission, for Blu-ray and Digital HD February 6, 2018.

Adkins stars alongside Ashley Greene (The Apparition, Twilight), Ray Stevenson (Punisher: War Zone) as ‘Big Ray’; Brittany Ashworth (The Crucifixion, Hostile) as Ashley Greene’s sister, ‘Fran Adams’; David Paymer  (Drag Me to Hell) as ‘Milton’; Amy Johnston (Lady Bloodfight) as Jane the Ripper; and Michael Jai White (Spawn, Falcon Rising) as Mick.

Said to have a Deadpool-esque tone, “The story centers on the life of Mike Fallon, a high-class hitman, known for making assassinations look like unfortunate accidents. Fallon’s cavalier attitude changes the day his ex-girlfriend, Beth is murdered. He teams up with Beth’s new girlfriend Charlie (Greene) on a murderous rampage to find out who killed her.

The film is based on a character from the graphic novel from the defunct monthly UK comic “Toxic!”, which was written by Pat Mills in the early 90s.

Jesse Johnson directed the film that was completed last year in London. Here are the film’s first trailer and stills.

Comic was great, looking forward to this. Johnston is a horrible actress though, hopefully her screen time is limited

    Sounds original.

Depending on how closely it follows the comic it has a chance to be as the Mike Fallon character is much more original than the plot would have it seem. Adkins is a huge fan of the comic and wrote the movie.

Never heard of the comic but this looks badass! Adkins, Stevenson, White, Green and even Johnston, should be highly entertaining!
