Exclusive ‘Better Watch Out’ Clip Discusses the Cast’s Chemistry

Well Go USA shared with us this exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Chris Peckover’s ridiculously fun holiday horror Better Watch Out, which will be released in a Blu-ray combo pack tomorrow, on December 5th. In the video, Peckover talks about how lucky he was to have such a tremendous cast who had incredible chemistry together.

Set in a quiet American suburb on a snowy evening on the lead up to Christmas, Ashley (Olivia DeJonge), the regular babysitter for Deandra (Virginia Madsen) and Robert Lerner (Patrick Warburton), has to defend their twelve-year-old son (Levi Miller) from strangers breaking into the house – only to discover that this is far from a normal home invasion.

Described as Home Alone meets Scream, Trace reviewed the film out of the Fantastic Fest premiere, calling it “a hilariously bonkers home invasion tale.”

“Better Watch Out provides a bonkers twist on the home invasion sub-genre that had me squealing with glee from start to finish.”

The thriller is a Storm Vision Entertainment and Best Medicine production, directed by Chris Peckover (Undocumented) and written by Zack Kahn and Peckover.

  • Simon Allen

I’m so glad they all got along …….as I loathed most of them and wished them a speedy death .

    • Barry El Beardo

Havent seen it yet BUT I love that Chris Peckover is a super hot muscle gayer

  • Kyle Cole

This movie was ok. Some parts were pretty slow. The only cast member that had any type of chemistry was Levi Miller, the teen boy by himself was pretty seductive. The rest of the cast was pretty plain. Overall it was an ok effort.

    • Tadeusz Lorenzo Potocki

Yup. Another be-lauded effort of media manipulation. It was barely watchable. So difficult to trust anyone’s option.

      • Batmanfanboy

I thought it was amazing, personally. Maybe you two are just a bunch of sour puss babies with no taste. That’s more likely than the movie sucking.

No one is surprised that you liked it.,No one!
