Published

The 2010 version of A Nightmare on Elm Street sure did leave much to be desired, eh? Nearly ten years later, the Elm Street franchise seems to be more dead than it’s ever been, with the aforementioned remake failing to kick-start a brand new franchise. At this time, no plans are in motion to bring Freddy Krueger back to life.

But, it’s pretty safe to assume, it’s only a matter of time. With New Line’s IT breaking box office records last year, well, let’s just say Freddy can’t be too far behind.

In the meantime, fan Tommy Ross (who recently cut together a kickass concept trailer for a sequel to the Evil Dead remake) has just taken it upon himself to whip up a concept trailer for the faux 2019 film Elm Street, a brand new vision for the franchise that was cobbled together using clips from various other projects.

If nothing more, it’ll make you hungry for Freddy’s inevitable return…
