In reply to turk. It was announced for 13 October. Now, it looks like it's getting delayed because of the shooting.

In reply to Darkknight2149. I read it is delayed. But I never saw a solid release date to begin with.

Happy Death Day makes me bust out into GWAR every time I read it. 0% chance that song gets featured in the movie though…

Oh, and it looks stupid.

We will be getting a new installment of Friday The 13th on October 13th. Vincente Disanti’s Never Hike Alone fan film comes out and it’s looking to be LEGIT!

In reply to 2COOLEATHERFACE. you made that mask? if you did that's fucking awesome! i wish they had used your mask (or the original's mask from the original film) in all the sequels. it's perfect and genuinely scary (unlike most, if not all the masks used in the parts 4 through RESURRECTION). the only thing i don't like about your video is the music. no offense. i just prefer the original's piano or HALLOWEEN II's updated electronic score. but again, awesome job!

Happy Death Day is about the stupidest title imaginable. I literally cannot believe that’s the best they could come up with.

Then again, the film itself looks like insipid shit. I’m still trying to figure out whose niece or daughter that lead “actress” is.

I’m honestly pretty excited about “Happy Death Day”, as it looks like a solid murder mystery with a cool spin on it.

Apparently, Netflix should also release a new J-horror/thriller Re:Mind. Does anyone know more details?

They are ok most of them. Happy Day Death obviously will be the one taking over the Box Office unless Blade Runner still does well…..should’ve gone with R-rated.

Vince Vaughn movie? Yeah….no matter what movie, i really dislike him for some reason. The Babysitter from Netflix looks alright but gets tired that the pretty boys and girls are either the victims or the killers. Spongebob special looks good and cool for the Friday the 13th game, at least we get something from the franchise.

Not to mention The Punisher (non-horror), if it isn't delayed.

In reply to Brandon. I think it's the ultraviolence and S. Craig Zahler. I really liked Bone Tomahawk, so I'm interested in the director's new films. Vince Vaughn isn't a stranger to genre work with The Cell and True Detective, either.

Is Cell Block 99 considered for Horror because of the horrors of prison?
