Huluween is back, but this year it might look a little scarier than usual! Hulu’s created a more immersive experience for viewers this Halloween season with the eerie presence of a malevolent entity, Uluh.

Uluh will be watching from inside as brave viewers sign in for their favorite Halloween offerings. It’s not clear what, or who, she wants, but all will be revealed in a short film set to premiere October 25th. 

Evading this Huluween poltergeist won’t be the only tricks and treats up Huluween’s sleeves, however. Expect plenty of seasonal genre offerings to thrill and chill — from spooky season faves to new releases.

For starters, Hulu will premiere 18 brand new Bite Size Halloween shorts — ranging from the terrifying to the ridiculous — that feature some familiar faces: Eric Roberts, Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars), and Yalitza Aparicio (Roma) to name a few. The short films explore different areas of the horror genre and provide a platform for exciting up-and-coming filmmakers.

You can also expect the Halloween classics like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, as well as bone-chilling TV episodes and movies from the Hulu library. All are curated into hand-picked collections like “Humorous Horror,” Frights for the Whole Family,” “Terrifying TV,” “Foreign Frights,” and many more!  

As for new releases and horror gems to getting added this month? Look out for…

Censor will be available on Hulu on October 14th.

The Evil Next Door will be available on Hulu on October 21st.

Voodoo will be available on Hulu on October 29.

On October 29th, in conjunction with Hulu’s Initiative 29, up-and-coming black filmmaker Phillip Youmans’ original short film Voodoo will be released on the platform. At 19, Youmans became the youngest and first African-American director to win the Founder’s Award for Best Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival for his feature-length debut, Burning Cane, which he wrote, directed, shot and edited during his final years of high school.

Teen Wolf is available now.

If you’re searching for a family-friendly, seasonal treat, this 1985 horror-comedy should do the trick. Michael J. Fox stars as the eponymous teen wolf. Scott is an ordinary high school student discovers that his family has an unusual pedigree when he finds himself turning into a werewolf.

Flatliners is available now.

“Seeking answers about the afterlife, Chicago medical student Nelson (Kiefer Sutherland) persuades his fellow pupils to help him end his life, and then resuscitate him in the nick of time. It’s not Halloween without Vincent Price!
