    The inactivity of this place kinda sucks. I used to spend way too much time on here and had a blast. It's a shame it isn't thriving.

    @MATT PYTHON Thank the owners of BD who were sure this new board would increase traffic from the commentors on the main board. Instead, it drove away some of our few remaining veterans, several of the new members we had actually been getting before the switch, and practically nobody from the main boards, as they are mostly trolls who like to hit-and-run comment on articles. And this new board format just isn't conducive to the type of discussions we've always had on the previous versions.

    I’ve come around to the new board. I like that we can’t quote each other, makes it to where I don’t have to keep up with a conversation.

    I also like that it’s a pain to post pictures, really cleans up the board.

    I was worried about a flood of new members, posts getting lost, more arguments. Thankfully we’ve lost members so those fears, completely unfounded.
