Any fans of the UK horror writer (now sadly deceased) James Herbert here? Jim is my all time favourite horror writer next to Stephen King. My favourite JH novel is The Rats, which was the book that first got me hooked on Herbert's work. I still miss him to this day.

    I've known of JH my whole life thanks to my fathers love for his books as i grew up but I never actually read anything of his im almost ashamed to admit but maybe its time i look elsewhere for my teachings aside from all the SK ive consumed, does not seem fair on James Herbert's part for me to not at least give it a go.
