Help me find this movie

Dudes walking through an empty subway station and has to fight a few people, hooded, masked etc. To get to where hes going. He goes down some stairs and theres a fucking chainsaw wielding pigman dude, maybe it's a mask, but he has a big fight with him and wins and then gets on the subway. He sits down by an old lady and opens a newspaper and the camera shows the front page and it says "wanted, serial killer on the loose blah blah he is insane" and it has his face as the picture and like all the people trying to kill him are in his mind and in reality they are regular civilians

The only film I can think of with a chainsaw wielding, pig-masked dude is Motel Hell. But it doesn't fit the description about the subway thing.

Can you remember anything else about it?

Ok I have no idea what movie this is, but any movie with someone chasing another person with a chainsaw is one I'm sure I will love. Pigs heads are fun too!!
