"What the Waters Left Behind" cant find

I was hoping someone would know where I can watch the Spainsh movie "What the Waters Left Behind" Came out in March 2018. I cant find it anywhere not Tor, firestick, 123movies, NO WHERE it doesnt have to be free it can be on DVD i'm not picky. Any help would be great thanks
